  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place naan on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce on each naan. If using mozzarella cheese, sprinkle it on top.
  4. Add cooked chicken and toppings: cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
