  • 8 oz rice noodles (or lo mein/udon)
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Toss sliced beef with cornstarch. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat; sear beef until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli until tender-crisp; add garlic and ginger.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin, honey, rice vinegar in a bowl.
  5. Return beef to the skillet along with cooked noodles and sticky sauce; toss to combine.
  6. Serve garnished with green onions.
