  • 2 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter until mixed well.
  3. Line a 9×13 inch brownie pan with foil or parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Press the wafer mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together peach nectar, flour, remaining sugar (2 ½ cups), and eggs until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
  7. Allow cooling completely before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
