  • 32 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
  • Brown sugar and flour for streusel topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Roast sliced peaches with sugar and cinnamon until tender.
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into a springform pan, and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Create the streusel by combining butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; bake for eight minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and eggs gradually, then fold in sour cream and vanilla.
  5. Layer half of the batter over the crust, top with roasted peaches and streusel before adding remaining batter.
