  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with foil and cooking spray.
  2. For the crust, mix flour, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in softened butter until crumbly. Press into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Layer sliced peaches over the cooled crust.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over peaches; sprinkle topping mixture made from flour, sugars, cinnamon, and melted butter on top.
