  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté kielbasa until browned (4-5 minutes), then set aside.
