  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions
