  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Melt butter on the grill. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the grill, pour the sauce over them, and toss with a spatula for even coating. Sauté for a few minutes to meld flavors.
