  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

  • Two 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cinnamon and granulated sugar; set aside.
  3. Unroll one package of crescent dough into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, pressing down evenly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crescent dough layer. Unroll the second package of dough on top and brush with melted butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
