  • 16 oz short pasta
  • 810 slices thick cut turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded or cubed chicken
  • 10 oz tomatoes (quartered)
  • 23 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup thin sliced onion
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup whole milk plus up to 1/3 cup or more as desired
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • optional: 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley and dill

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water; optionally toss with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken, tomatoes, parsley, onion, and parmesan cheese. Toss with about two-thirds of the dressing.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Adjust dressing as needed and garnish with additional parsley and parmesan.
